It is pollinator week. Come learn more about how you can help support your local pollinators at with the College Park Bee City Committee on Saturday.

The Bee City Committee’s mission is to help the College Park community preserve the future of urban pollinator populations. The third week in June is Pollinator Week, an annual international celebration that brings awareness to our pollinators. At the Bee City Committee’s table this Saturday, you can pick up free native plants for outdoor gardens, including butterfly milkweed (Asclepias tuberosa) that supports monarch butterflies. If you have children, stop by the table and get a free coloring book X Kids and the Incredible Invertebrates. Learn more here –
